Piktoto Terms and Conditions – Complete Member Guide

1 Member Eligibility

To register and use the piktoto platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years or have reached the legal age stipulated in your region of residence.
• Registering under your own name only — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling platforms under local law.
• Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration and KYC verification process.
• Not holding more than one active piktoto account at any time.

Piktoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. Accounts that cannot be verified within the specified period may be temporarily suspended pending completion of verification.

2 Registration and Account

Each individual is permitted to hold only one piktoto account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — even using different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — is a breach of these terms and may result in all accounts being terminated with balances forfeited.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Ensuring no other party uses your account.
• Notifying Piktoto immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Updating your personal information should any changes occur.

Piktoto is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made using a valid payment method in the registered member's own name. piktoto does not accept third-party deposits. Available payment methods include online banking, e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform.

For withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Piktoto processes complete and verified withdrawal requests within the specified timeframe.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through unlawful means will result in account suspension and the case being reported to the relevant authorities.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are as displayed in the account section of the platform. Piktoto reserves the right to modify these limits without prior notice.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, offers, and promotions provided by piktoto are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. General conditions applicable to all bonuses are:
